Hi Paul,

I received your proposal for the Smith-Rogers design. The office need a few changes.

The client wants a larger lobby at the entrance. Right now, the design only has a small vestibule. Expand the area into the hallway behind it.

In addition, the conference room is too far from the elevator. It must be easily accessible from every floor. Maybe switch is with the restrooms.
