Введение
Greece is a unitary state, consisting of 13 administrative units - regions. The Greek economy, a market-oriented economy with limited government intervention, forced by the rules of international organizations such as the World Trade Organization (MTO) and the European Union (EU), has been characterized by increased dynamics since the mid-1990s. January 1, 2001, Greece became the 12th member of the Eurozone.
This work aims to investigate the macroeconomic situation in Greece. To achieve this goal it is supposed to solve several problems, namely:
To study the dynamics of the main macroeconomic indicators in Greece;
To determinate of the principal features of the national economy;
To analyze the mainshocks experienced the country;
To investigate possible development prospects.
