Введение

Religion is a set of variously organized beliefs about the relationship between natural and supernatural aspects of reality, and the role of humans in this relationship. Many religions may have organized behaviors, clergy, a definition of what constitutes adherence or membership, holy places, and scriptures. The practice of a religion may also include rituals, sermons, commemoration or veneration of a deity, gods or goddesses, sacrifices, festivals, feasts, trance, initiations, funerary services, matrimonial services, meditation, prayer, music, art, dance, public service or other aspects of human culture. Religions may also contain mythology.

Hinduism, also known by the name Sanatana-Dharma, is the dominant religion of the Indian subcontinent, which consists of many diverse traditions. It includes Shaivism, Vaishavism and Shaktism among numerous other traditions, and a wide spectrum of laws and prescriptions of "daily morality" based on karma, dharma, and societal norms. Hinduism is a categorization of distinct intellectual or philosophical points of view, rather than a rigid, common set of beliefs. The Chinese folk religion or Chinese traditional religio, sometimes called Shenism, is the collection of grassroots ethnic religious traditions of the Han Chinese, or the indigenous religion of China. Chinese folk religion primarily consists in the worship of the shen which can be nature deities, city deities or tutelary deities of other human agglomerations, national deities, cultural heroes and demigods, dragons, ancestors and progenitors, deities of the kinship. Holy narratives regarding some of these gods are codified into the body of Chinese mythology. Another name of this complex of religions is Chinese Universism, especially referring to its intrinsic metaphysical perspective.Buddhism is a nontheistic religion that encompasses a variety of traditions, beliefs and practices largely based on teachings attributed to Siddhartha Gautama, who is commonly known as the Buddha, meaning "the awakened one". According to Buddhist tradition, the Buddha lived and taught in the eastern part of the Indian subcontinent sometime between the 6th and 4th centuries BCE. He is recognized by Buddhists as an awakened or enlightened teacher who shared his insights to help sentient beings end their suffering through the elimination of ignorance and craving by way of understanding and the seeing of dependent origination, with the ultimate goal of attainment of the sublime state of nirvana.Nowadays introduction of religion in educational institutions becomes more active. I think that it is connected with the fact that people all over the world became more pious. As for Russia, there are different religions in our country, but the most popular religion is Christianity. We celebrate Christmas, Easter and Trinity Sunday. In some schools there is even a special course under the name Religious Education (or something like this). Religious education aims not to help pupils to choose what religion to follow but to strengthen students’ knowledge about religions.
