Фрагмент работы для ознакомления

It emphasizes need to be guided by needs of the consumer.Registration of physical space extends to buildings, open spaces and arrangement of offices. For example, replacement of 4-seater tables in cafeteria of the company on 6-seater expands opportunities for acquaintances. One of the most powerful elements of corporate culture is a communication language. Almost all organizations use the own language of communication abounding with professional or production terms, abbreviations and slangy words. Having learned this language, a new employees support, keep and develop it. The part of corporate language is created by organizers of the company for reflection of its corporate values. For example, in the Disneyland language work means "show", visitors are "Guests" (from capital letter), workers in pavilions are "owners", the integrated term for all employees – "cast", and work with visitors – "game on a scene".[1]In some companies there are no literally-called “workers”. For example, in Wal-mart they are called by "associates" (younger members of corporation), in McDonald's - "crew-members" (members of team).Corporate language first of all has to be created in departments and divisions of the company uniting members of a certain subculture. Learning this language and it is active using, employees confirm the accessory to group, protect group from external intervention, keep subculture of group.[See Appendix 3]During collaboration employees think out unique names for different types of the equipment, offices, key positions in the company, the main suppliers and customers, types and kinds of made goods, etc. It is impossible to overestimate a language role as means of communication in the organization. The common corporate language unites people within uniform organizational culture and it allows to divide corporate culture of the company from outside.ConclusionThe following results are received:1. Foreign models and types of corporate culture are analyzedand need of creation of corporate culture model has been proved.2. A set of elements of corporate culture are structured and also the basic principles, tasks and stages of formation of corporate culture of international organizations are defined. 3. The creation algorithm of various elements in the corporate relations is studied.According to researching material we can offer the plan of measures on formation and improvement of corporate culture:Development of the values system, the purposes and tasks for all participants of corporation;Foundation of the system of search, service and "deduction" of clients of corporation;Programs of interaction with local population, society, the state;Updating of organizational and economic documentation according to the introduced recommendations;Information support, training and the organization of execution of the accepted actions.Ways of increase of efficiency of activity of corporation on the basis of improvement of corporate culture are analysed and the main methods of diagnostics of corporate culture are studied, namely: method of the system analysis, standard, comparative, constructive and critical methods, poll methods (questioning, interview), etc.Summing up the results, it should be noted once again that the corporate culture is a thin tool in hands of the manager (head) by means of whom it is possible to lead corporation to success, to prosperity and stability, but at inept or inappropriate use opposite results are possible.AppendixStructure of cultural paradigm in corporate culture2.Corporate culture elements3.Methods of corporative culture foundation on different levelsReferences1.What is corporate culture ?
