Фрагмент работы для ознакомления

This type of communication is sometimes called the "rumor mill". Very often the workers and employees in the organization learn about upcoming changes in its policies, personnel or procedural permutations long before they are published in official memoranda or meetings. And leadership is often powerless to prevent the leakage of information through informal channels.
Also of interest are the data obtained K. Davis: from 75% to 95% of the information transmitted through the "grapevine" untrue - rumors generates reliable information.
However, one problem with this kind of communication is that the source of information transmitted over the "vine", it is practically impossible to find, as well as impossible to be absolutely sure of the veracity of the transmitted message.
Conclusion
Formal communication - a communication that defines the organizational structure of the enterprise, relationship management levels and functional departments. The more levels of government, the greater the likelihood of distortion of information, since each level of government may adjust and filter messages.
Informal communication. Informal communication channel can be called a channel for the dissemination of rumors. Since the channels rumors information is transmitted much faster than formal channels messages leaders are scheduled for the first diversion and distribution of certain information or data type "just between us." Attributed to rumors reputation inaccurate information is preserved to this day. Nevertheless, studies show that the information transmitted through the channels of informal communication, t. E. The rumors, often turns out to be accurate, but not distorted. According to the study 80-99% of rumors are accurate with regard to consistent information about the company itself. The level of accuracy may not be as high when it comes to personal or highly emotional information. In addition, regardless of the accuracy of all the evidence in favor of influence of rumors, whether the impact is positive or negative.
Thus, we can conclude that the early, preparatory stages of business interaction play a paramount role informal types of communication, and in the final stages in the course of the actual interaction of prime importance regulatory documents.
The success of the interaction thus depends primarily on the skillfully conducted in the early stages of informal communication, and after verbal agreements and arrangements - the completeness of the composition and quality elaboration of regulatory documents.
