we’ve come to so-called phase of humanity progress as interaction not with other people only but with groups or companies of them, too. That gives people a big advantage – they avoid stagnation. And times have been changing. It brings about expanding such need as political congregation. The last one causes the emergency of such social and political institution as an international organization. But before we take a look at this topic deeper let’s figure out what an international organization is, actually.

Sure, people are not the only one who evolved, because those who evolve change everything around them. And this principle has much more rights to be assumed as true than false. Such apparent question as “why?” won’t make this theme darkened. Well, people were grouping as they were trying to follow their instincts among which “to socialize” instinct is not forgotten or dropped away [1; 224].

Everything in this world is built up by people. It’s not considered to make some doubts about world-creating-theories but much more than that. I would like to notice that I guess people is the most sophisticated and strange creatures. It’s obvious because people are social beings and they have always been grouping during they live and evolve.
